India Batting First: Team India loss the wicket of Rohit Sharma in the first over. Rohit smashed a four before getting clean bowled in Dishan Madhushanka's over. after lossing the wicket of Indian skipper. Virat Kohli 88 runs in 94 balls and Shubman Gill 92 off 92 had earlier hit commanding fifties in a second wicket stand of 189 runs to set a high total and when both were dismissed quickly in didn't stop India's momentum.
Shreyas Iyer came to the crease and provided the late flourish to the innings with a 82 runs in just 56 balls while Ravindra Jadeja made a cameo of 35 as India set target for Sri Lanka 358 runs to win. for Sri Lanka most successful bowlers Dilshan Madhushanka took 5/80 in 10 overs.
Sri Lanka Batting Second: While Sri Lanka chasing a target of 357, Sri Lanka were bowled out for just 55 in 19.4 overs.
